The Most Sincere is our seasonal pumpkin cream ale. Fermented and aged in our oak Foudre. Using local corn we make a crushable cream ale then age it on a large amount of pumpkin until it screams fall in a can. We add no spices to this beer to let the oak add its own spice like character to The Most Sincere. This beer is crushable, clean, subtle notes of pumpkin with lingering notes of oaky deliciousness.
