Koji Lemonade

The second iteration of our exploration into the interactions between Koji, local grain, and citrus . This lemonade version is fermented in French oak barrels and refermented on Sicilian lemons. Citric notes from the Koji provide the perfect backdrop for the uniquely balanced sweet/tart lemons from Sicily.
