Lil Drinky Poo is our first IPA brewed here at Sidereal. We wanted to start out with a low ABV drinkable IPA that keeps you right in the slot (like Julian). Hopped heavily in whirlpool with Rakau and Southern Sublime hops it then goes on to be fermented with our Lagertha Kveik blend which produces lots of tropical notes. We then hit it with a dry hop of Southern Sublime big enough for a double IPA!

Bursting with tropical pineapple, mango, white wine and a dank hoppy floral aroma this beer will surely keep you just past the click.
