Our spring saison, Equinoxe de Printemps is an ode to spring, utilizing some of our favorite things…Syrian Golding hops and open top fermentation set the stage for the perfect spring beverage while working on the farm.

The first sip greets your taste buds with a burst of crisp, light maltiness, balanced by a gentle floral bitterness from the Syrian Golding hops. Notes of honey, freshly baked bread with hints of black pepper and a light backdrop of Belgian like flavors, offering a delicate complexity that unfolds with each sip.
