Our fifth beer in the Meeseeks series; He’s Trying! a apricot and vanilla bean mixed culture sour beer.

He’s Trying was red wine puncheon fermented with Sidereal Labs Milk the Funk blend then refermented on 440 lbs of apricots and 100 organic Tahitian vanilla beans. Notes of juicy apricot, pineapple and underlying vanilla notes make this beer a juicy crushable beer. Smooth and just in time for spring!
