Our even crispy-er spin on a Kolsch that just screams summer. We took our traditional malt bill for Kolsch and added local flaked Spelt from Aurora Farms.

The resulting beer hits all the historical Kolsch notes with a pleasant rich spelt wheat flavor. This version also has a richer mouthfeel thanks to the flaked spelt.
