Crossing the Streams

Crossing the Streams is an open top coolship saison collaboration with our family Branch & Blade Brewing

One of our best friends and co-owners of Branch & Blade; Jesse, came up to help us build our coolship room. It was only natural that the first beer we made in that room would be with Branch.


A spin on an Asian flavor inspired saison. Cooled in our coolship with Maillard Kitchens' miso and dried yuzu peels. Open top fermented in the coolship and fermented in French burgundy wine puncheons.

While this beer is excellent young, it will continue to age and change over time in the can, just as a bottled spontaneous beer would.

We suggest drinking some now, and saving some for later.
