Cross Mojonation
Mixing two things together to create something new, exciting or unexpected. It could be disastrous, but it can also be very rewarding. This coolship lager collaboration with Bangor Beer Company was brewed with a 50/50 split of Maine Malthouse and Blue Ox Malthouse grist. A true example of cross Mojonation from our two favorite malt suppliers, with one of our dearest beer friends. We taste a traditional crisp lager with subtle notes of fresh cut hay and oak.
Fermented with our coolship inoculation and Pilsner H Urquell
