Our first Sour IPA is a collaboration with our good friends Vertical Horizontal Brewing Company. By combining their love of hoppy beer & hockey and our love of barrel fermented mixed culture, Compete For Each Other was born.

Brewing with a hefty amount of oat malt, Mosaic and Rakau hops. We taste notes of stone fruit, guava and grapefruit balanced by our subtly sour mixed culture.

Fermented with Sidereal Labs Espe Kveik and custom mixed blend of Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, Wickerhamomyces, Pichia, Zygosaccharomyces and Pediococcus.
