Chicken Wing Necklace is our first beer/wine hybrid. Brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Marsh Island Brewing in Orono, ME. An easy drinking oak lager base refermented with a mixed culture and with Sangiovese grapes. A crisp light table beer/wine that blurs the line between piquettes and table beers.

A chicken wing necklace can be earned by completing the wing challenge at our restaurant Maillard Kitchen.

Fermented with a lager strain then secondary fermented with Artificially Spon’d 1
