Our next beer in the Meeseeks series; Can Do! - a black currant and vanilla bean mixed culture sour beer.

Can Do! was red wine puncheon fermented with Sidereal Labs Milk the Funk blend then refermented on 440 lbs of black currants and 100 organic Tahitian vanilla beans. Notes for tannic dark fruit and vanilla mingle with the tropical backround of the Milk the Funk yeast/bacteria blend. Very akin to dark juicy red wines but in a sour beer format.
