Blood of Atacama

Blood of Atacama is one of our first wild red wines and we couldn’t be happier with it. Made with Carmenere grapes and aged in French oak barrels. It pours a dark raisin color with notes of strawberry, fruit leather, black raspberry and elderberry with a beautiful tannin background and a finish of oak. Grapes sourced from Chile and processed on here on the farm.

Fermented with 48 different yeast and bacteria from Sidereal Labs
